Warranty Terms

 

You have 14 days to return the products sold after receipt. If the item is defective, does not work properly, does not match the description on the site, is fake, or was received damaged due to transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt. The value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days.

The warranty policy guarantees that your product is protected against any manufacturing defects after purchase.

The exchange policy does not apply in the absence of manufacturing defects.

The warranty is void for misuse .

The warranty is void if the product is exposed to water, or exposed to extreme heat or humidity.

Some products cannot be returned, including:

• Damaged products (excluding transportation damage)
• Products not in their original packaging
• Products missing any accessories

شروط الضمان 

لديك 14 يومًا لإعادة المنتجات المباعة بعد الاستلام. إذا كانت السلعة شابها عيب، لا تعمل بصورة صحيحة، لا تطابق وصف الموقع، مزيفة، أو تم استلامها تالفة نتيجة النقل والشحن، يكون لك الحق في إرجاعها خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلامها ، وسوف يتم رد قيمة السلعة إليك خلال مدة أقصاها 14 يوم عمل.

تمضمن سياسة الضمان ان يكون منتجك محميا ضد أي عيوب في الصناعة بعد الشراء المنتج

سياسة الاستبدال لا تسري في حالة عدم وجود عيوب التصنيع واضح

الضمان غير ساري في حالة وجود كسر دخلي او خارجي 

الضمان غير ساري في حالة التعرض للمياة او دخولها للمنتج او التعرض لدرجة حرارة او رطوبة

بعض المنتجات لا يمكن إرجاعها، وهي:

المنتجات التالفة (باستثناء تلف النقل)

المنتجات التي ليست في عبواتها الأصلية

المنتجات التي لا تشمل جميع الملحقات
